Dear Ian The turkey purchased from you last week was for an American lawyer which was to celebrate Thanksgiving Day. His comments to me a couple of days after were the same as his comments last Christmas. He has never tasted a better turkey than those supplied by Old Castle Farm. Old Castle Farm Turkeys , their product is simply the most delicious Turkey I and my Family have ever tasted and also the Family that was going through a difficult time told me they loved this turkey that was donated to them free for Christmas and it was the best they had ever eaten and would try and save up to buy one next year from Old Castle Farm.

Just thought I’d say how much we enjoyed the turkey, it was very tasty and moist, even the day after.  I am very fussy, (like yourselves I’m sure) and like good quality food, and a compliment from me, doesn’t come easy.

I followed your instructions for cooking the turkey we had from you, to the letter. It was superb. In fact, I expected to do two meals but everyone had seconds! Thank you very much. We will buy from you again next Christmas.

My mum picked up her turkey on Christmas Eve. The presentation was outstanding, the cooking instructions simple and the flavour divine!! A beautifully moist bird and we'll definitely be back next year (and in between!).
