All our birds are now cwtched up in the fridge getting ready for the big day!!

We have some left but they are selling fast!, we also have some Demi Turkey’s available (whole birds cut in half). Our Shop will be open from the 21st to 24th for collections, we will have a full range of produce including 28 day Ribeye, Sirloin and Fillet Steaks, Pigs in blankets and some 40 day Dry Aged Sirloins. Don’t forget our own Cranberry and Port Sauce.

Loads of Sausages and Bacon and Whole Gammons.

We will also have a full range of Caws Cenarth Cheese.

Plenty of Welsh Angus Beef Joints cut to size, and some Gloucester Old Spot Pork Joints.

I have managed to shoot some deer and have some ready prepared Venison Joints.

I will be making some Venison and Pheasant Sausages too!!
