The Turkeys

We are working in partnership with Usk Vale Poultry.

Over the years Usk Vale's traditional farming skills have seen them win the prestigious National Quality Turkey Awards on several occasions, the runner-up in the British Turkey Awards and win Gold in the Wales True Taste Competition

Usk Vale Poultry was established 30 years ago by the Davis family, who were traditional dairy and sheep farmers looking to diversify and supply local butchers with quality Christmas Turkeys and, more recently, large Christmas ‘Roaster’ Chickens, grown in the heart of Monmouthshire.

Your bird will be presented to you in a “carry-home” box, wrapped in greaseproof paper with a sprig of fresh Rosemary, giblets and cooking instructions included.

All this cumulates to a wonderful tasting Bird. The Quality, Flavour, Texture and Taste that you won’t get from any Supermarket. They cook quicker too!

"We are confident that the Free Range Bronze Turkeys will be the tastiest and most succulent you have ever had!!!"
